I offer mobile personal training services tailored to suit your exercise goals. The exercise routines are innovative and constantly changing to maintain interest and maximise results. As I can travel to you it only takes up to an hour of your time. There is no membership fee, you simply pay for the time you consume.
I am also trained in specialist techniques for pre and post-natal exercise, programmes for the over 50s, medical conditions (e.g. hypertension, arthritis, diabetes and asthma) and beginners. See special programmes for more information.
Before embarking on any exercise regime I will conduct a free consultation, which will focus on your current lifestyle, medical status, exercise history, exercise likes and dislikes. From this I aim to identify your personal exercise goals.
Following the consultation I will design an innovative personal programme, which will enable you to achieve your goals. Your programme will be constantly updated to ensure that the exercise routine remains effective and challenging. I update your programme regularly by email or phone. Free fitness tests will be carried out periodically to track your progress over time.
Training can take place at your home, workplace, or your local park (within reasonable distance of Farnham, Surrey). If you prefer Tonic Fitness has a personal training studio in Farnham or access to a gym in Frensham for a small additional fee.
